4. Prompt Post-Event Delivery

Event Photography FAQs

  • My photography can be tailored to the length of your event—same quality, same guarantees as a full-day shoot. Book a consultation with me to discuss your requirements.

  • I secure venue approval for photography and ensure all their requirements are understood and taken into account.

  • Absolutely! I’m sure you’ll have a number of ‘must-have’ photos for your event. Please send these over during the consultation.

  • On a Shoot Duration of two days or less:

    1. cancellation on less than 3 Working Days’ notice, 100% of Fee + all expenses; or

    2. on 3 to 6 Working Days’ notice, 75% of Fee + all expenses; or

    3. on more than 6 Working Days’ notice, 25% of Fee + all expenses.

    On a Shoot Duration in excess of 2 days and on notice equivalent to:

    1. the Shoot Duration or less, 100% of Fee + all expenses; or

    2. more than the Shoot Duration but not more than twice the Shoot Duration, 75% of Fee + all expenses; or

    3. more than twice the Shoot Duration, 25% of Fee + all expenses.
