Whether your portfolio is on Spotlight, Mandy or other casting sites, the only headshots you need on them are the headshots that get you the audition you’re pining for.

In my Signature session, we work without time constraints or arbitrary limitations like outfit limits; doing so allows you the freedom to explore the different ideas, moods, and emotional tones need to really articulate your depth and range in your photos. My collaborative process draws strongly on your history, perspective, and aspirations, allowing us to create photographs that feel alive, engaging, and emotionally resonant – the very qualities casting directors look for in their cast.

The result is portraiture that expresses who you are becoming, with confidence and emotional depth, so that the audition would be a poorer place without you.

Most actors opt for the classic headshot, cropped to mid- or upper- chest for their main shots.

Occasionally, we’ll throw some ¾ body portraits into the shoot; these are fantastic for capturing emotional range.

The Signature Session

a headshot session without arbitrary limits

The Signature session is for actors and creatives who want a resonant and impassioned set of headshots and portraits to help them reach their goals. Unlike with some other photographers, the Signature Session has no fixed duration and no limit on outfits or backgrounds; we take the time the work requires to create a stunning set of photos you are delighted with.

I book one Signature Session per day and limit bookings to twelve per month. This means your session gets my full attention and you don’t feel like a slot in a production schedule.

A complimentary one-hour top-up session is included within twelve months, useful if your appearance changes or you move into a new role and need your portraits to reflect that.

Session fee: £250

Portraits bought separately at £50 each

20% discount for those currently in academic education or within one year of graduating.

Folkestone Photography

I shoot from the beautiful Folkestone Studio at The Wedge in Folkestone’s famous Creative Quarter. Two floors offers the potential for both stunning natural, and creative artificial, light – or a mixture of the two – in each shoot. I always shoot tethered, so you can see how each photo comes out on the large mounted TV. This allows for real-time collaboration on lighting, poses, and attire and ensures you're an integral part of the creative process throughout the session.

In addition to the charm of my studio, I am also happy to shoot on location, such as at your place of work. Please let me know about any specific location when you get in touch.
